WHAT WE DO
MITIGATION AND RESTORATION
Landology performs habitat restoration installation and mitigation services with a focus on government clients. From design and installation through monitoring and establishment, our work includes projects in chaparral, upland, coastal sage scrub, grasslands, marsh, riparian, wetlands, woodlands, vernal pools and desert ecosystems.
HYDROSEED AND EROSION CONTROL
Utilizing its fleet of hydroseeders and experienced crews, Landology performs hydroseed, hydromulch, drill seeding and erosion control installation services. From large scale hydroseeding projects to native seed mitigation drill seeding, and all the erosion and BMP product items including coir fabric, bio wattle, and silt fence installation.
ELDERBERRY AND LIVE WILLOW POLE
Transplanting Elderberry Plants and Live Willow Cuttings has become a technical niche in the mitigation restoration field that Landology is an expert in accomplishing. To successfully complete projects and meet the Fish and Wildlife Permit requirements, Landology identifies, tags, transplants, monitors and maintains elderberry plants.
CIVIL AND LAND MANAGEMENT
Landology has a complete Land Management Division that concentrates on tree and vegetation removal. Light Civil work that typically co-exists with larger habitat restoration projects has become part of Landology’s services, focusing on waterways and culverts with dirt as well as rock and woody structure work.
