TULE RIVER ATRIPLEX AND RIPARIAN REVEGETATION MITIGATION PROJECT

A 138-acre habitat mitigation project with 2 sites being mitigated for Atriplex Complex and Riparian Forest. The major work elements included collecting propagules, propagating seedlings, providing 2 water wells, 2 design-build irrigation systems, installing and housing over 30,000 container plants, 138-acres of grass seeding, installing over 5-miles of permanent livestock fences and maintaining the features and the plants for a 5-year period of service, including a multi-year establishment period. Maintenance and establishment tasks include watering, weeding, mowing, replacing dead plants, reporting, and cleanup. We are currently in the planting and irrigation phase of this project performing work as the Prime Contractor.
